Love setting up the room for our weekly meditation circle this weeks meditation focused on loving kindness.
When we act with and think kind thoughts the energy inside us shifts and projects out into the world.
When we have unkind thoughts about people even those we don't know, such as those portrayed in the media like celebrities', politicians, sports stars and more, we affect not only ourselves but also the energy of the world..
It's like we become a Echidna with spikes all around us and each spike sends this negative and unkind energy outward to the world all the while affecting us as they start from your own body and soul.
With so much uncertainty and information around us I'm sure we've all had unkind thoughts about others that are affecting not only others but also ourselves.
Tonight's meditation will focus on loving kindness for ourselves, those we love, those we are indifferent to and those we have difficulty with. We will then move into a loving relaxation to end the circle.
Our mantra tonight is known as the compassion mantra and is -
Om Mani Padme Hum
The benefits of chanting this mantra regularly cultivates deep love and compassion and brings more meaning to our lives, bringing us to the highest blissful state.
Mantra meaning:
Om is the sound of the universe, and helps us to align ourselves with the frequency of the universe
Mani, means jewel.. the jewel of love..
Padme, means the lotus flower.. the flower of wisdom
Hum, helps us to keep all the negativity and suffering away.

Who would have thought it was only the start of this year that I traveled to a tropical island with Liesel Albrecht Ultimate Girls Week Away and spent the week with some amazing women including well renowned author Elizabeth Gilbert

I have many precious memories of my week as a facilitator but the most special was the beautiful connection I made with every single person. I had time to sit, laugh, sometimes cry, swim, hug, support and truly connect with every amazing woman who joined us. All in a magical setting of Fiji island bliss.

If you were a part of this magical experience I would love you to share your most precious memory or photo
